the willows provides transitional housing with on-site services for 15 homeless mothers (and their children) in recovery from co-occurring mental illness and chemical dependency

after reaching out to several local yoga studios in seattle, seattle yoga arts agreed to host a mat drive for the women at the willows; i personally taught classes.
